The late stage of scarring (fibrosis) of the liver, often caused by chronic liver diseases like hepatitis, long-term alcohol abuse, or fatty liver disease. Symptoms include fatigue, jaundice, fluid retention, and impaired liver function. Our department focuses on management to slow progression and treat complications.
Read MoreA spectrum of liver damage caused by excessive alcohol consumption, ranging from fatty liver (steatosis) to alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis. Early diagnosis and intervention are crucial for preventing irreversible liver damage.
Read MoreA group of chronic inflammatory conditions affecting the digestive tract, primarily Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Symptoms include abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss, and malnutrition. We offer comprehensive management strategies, including medical therapy and lifestyle guidance.
Read MoreA chronic digestive disease where stomach acid or bile flows back into the esophagus, irritating its lining. This often causes symptoms like heartburn, regurgitation, difficulty swallowing, or chronic cough. Our specialists provide complete diagnosis and management strategies, including lifestyle modifications, medication, and advanced diagnostic procedures like pH Metry.
Read MoreAn inflammation of the liver commonly caused by viral infections (such as Hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E), autoimmune disorders, or prolonged exposure to toxins like alcohol or certain medications. Depending on the type and severity, hepatitis may present with symptoms such as fatigue, jaundice, abdominal discomfort, dark urine, and liver enzyme abnormalities.

Our advanced endoscopy systems are AI-compatible, allowing enhanced detection through image magnification and image-enhanced technologies. This ensures early and accurate diagnosis of gastrointestinal abnormalities.
For improved patient comfort and minimal invasiveness, we offer transnasal and ultra-slim endoscopies, especially suited for those sensitive to standard scopes.
Specialized pediatric colonoscopes enable safe and effective diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for children, with equipment tailored for smaller anatomies.
Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is performed using high-end duodenoscopes for the diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic disorders.
We provide deep enteroscopy using DBE for complete small bowel visualization and treatment, along with capsule endoscopy for non-invasive internal imaging.
Our EUS systems incorporate tissue harmonic imaging and elastography, enabling precise evaluation and guided sampling of deep-seated structures including lymph nodes and GI lesions.
Direct visualization of the bile and pancreatic ducts is made possible through cholangioscopy and pancreatoscopy, facilitating targeted biopsies and therapeutic interventions.
We assess esophageal and anorectal motility disorders with state-of-the-art Solid state high-resolution manometry, offering valuable and accurate insights into functional gastrointestinal issues.
Accurate pH and impedance monitoring helps diagnose gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and related disorders by evaluating acid and non-acid reflux episodes.
Non-invasive breath tests are used for diagnosing conditions such as lactose intolerance, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and H. pylori infection.
GI Bleed Management
We offer advanced endoscopic techniques to manage gastrointestinal bleeding, including clipping, cauterization, and injection therapy.
Enteral Stricture Management – Dilatation/Stenting
For narrowing in the digestive tract, we provide endoscopic dilatation or stent placement to restore normal passage and relieve symptoms.
Polypectomy/Endoscopic Resection – EMR/ESD
Our expertise includes endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) for removal of polyps and early-stage tumors.
PEG Tube Placement
Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube placement is performed safely for long-term nutritional support in patients with swallowing difficulties.
Perforation/Fistula Management
Endoscopic closure of perforations and fistulas is carried out using clips, sealants, and stents, reducing the need for surgical intervention.
Biopsy & Staging Evaluation
We perform targeted biopsies and staging of submucosal gastrointestinal lesions, as well as sampling abdominal and mediastinal lymph nodes using EUS guidance.
Biliary Endotherapy
Biliary Endotherapy for CBD stones, Strictures, Drainage/stenting.
Pancreatic Endotherapy
Pancreatic Endotherapy for Pancreatic Duct stones, stricture, Drainage/stenting.
Pancreatic Fluid Collection – Cystogastrostomy & Necrosectomy
Minimally invasive drainage of pancreatic fluid collections is done via endoscopic cystogastrostomy, and necrosectomy is performed for infected necrosis.
Pancreatic Mass/Cyst Evaluation
Through EUS and advanced imaging, we evaluate pancreatic cysts and masses, helping determine malignancy risk and appropriate management.
Pancreatic Pain Management
Endoscopic techniques are used to manage chronic pancreatic pain, including nerve block procedures for long-term relief.
Variceal Bleed Management
We offer endoscopic band ligation, glue injection, and coiling techniques to effectively control and prevent variceal bleeding in patients with portal hypertension.
EUS-Guided Liver Elastography & Biopsy
Using endoscopic ultrasound, we conduct liver elastography and obtain biopsy samples with precision, ensuring accurate diagnosis of liver disease.
EUS-Guided Liver SOL Evaluation & Sampling
For patients with liver space-occupying lesions (SOL), we provide real-time EUS-guided evaluation and sampling to aid early cancer detection and treatment planning.
Balloon Placement
Non-surgical gastric balloon placement is offered as a temporary weight-loss solution for obese patients, helping reduce appetite and promote healthier eating habits.

IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease) involves chronic inflammation or damage to the digestive tract (e.g., Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis), often diagnosable through endoscopy or biopsy. IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is a functional disorder with symptoms like pain, bloating, and altered bowel habits, but without visible inflammation or damage.
The reversibility of alcohol-related liver damage depends on its stage. Fatty liver (steatosis) is often reversible with abstinence from alcohol. Alcoholic hepatitis may improve but can also be severe. Cirrhosis (scarring) is generally irreversible, but stopping alcohol can prevent further damage and manage complications.
For individuals at average risk, screening colonoscopy is generally recommended every 10 years starting at age 45-50. However, the frequency may vary based on personal and family history, presence of polyps, or specific symptoms, as determined by your gastroenterologist.
